West Contra Costa CERT Training Consortium (C4) Introduction
CERT Program Managers from El Cerrito/Kensington, Pinole, Richmond, Rodeo/Hercules and San Pablo have collaborated their efforts to offer basic CERT training and advance training opportunities to our communities. With limited resources, all trainings will be made available to participating members of the consortium.
